About Óno Truck
Our Story
The ÓNO truck is the Chattahoochee Valley's personal invite to a taste of "Aloha" and the flavors that Hawaiian locals have come to embrace as their own throughout its rich and diverse history. Childhood summers spent in Hawai'i helped reinforce the love of family, culture and foods. ÓNO is here to share flavors, foods and aloha in our little corner of the world as we will be home based in both Columbus, Georgia and Auburn/Opelika, Alabama.
Our Menu
Our menu is based on Hawaiian comfort foods that are a testimony to the locals' love of land and sea. We offer grilled teriyaki beef, our on óno chicken, beef short ribs, and kalua pork to start. Our fresh poké will be available as specials in authentic Hawaiian varieties like Spicy Ahi and Smoked Kimchee Tako as well a poké bombs. Our menu will rotate with seasonal specials to include Loco Moco, Grilled Fish Sandwiches, Guava Smoked Ribs, Lau-Lau, Oxtail soup, Spam Musubi, and Saimin to name a few.

Our Team
ÓNO is comprised of foodies, industry pro's and one kanaka po'o in charge of "da food!" We are passionate about all types of foods and especially our offerings of sweet and savory from paradise. If a good day's work leads to anything, its meeting our personal goal of "BROKE DA MOUF!" In Hawai'i, that is a very high compliment on any occasion.

All Sandwiches/Sliders come with 1 side and drink and all Plate Lunches come with 2 sides.
Teri Beef
Thinly Angus strip steak marinated overnight in pineapple teriyaki sauce, grilled and served as a Plate Lunch or sandwich dressed with mayo, lettuce, and tomato.
Kalua Pork
Hawaiian pulled pork slow roasted with banana leaves till falling off the bone and served as a Plate Lunch on a bed of stir fry cabbage or on Hawaiian sweet roll sliders with teriyaki drizzle and Ono Slaw.
Beef Short Ribs
Three flank cut beef short ribs marinated overnight in pineapple teriyaki sauce and served as a Plate Lunch.
Ono Chicken
Boneless, skinless chicken thigh cutlet marinated overnight in ONO's special wet rub, grilled and served as a Plate Lunch or sandwich dressed with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Feeling adventurous get it spicy.
Mixed Plate Lunch
A beef short ribs with ONO chicken (regular or spicy) and teri beef served with two sides.
The Taste of Aloha
Two beef short ribs, two kalua pork sliders, teri beef, and ONO chicken (regular or spicy) with steamed rice, wasabi-dressed greens, mac salad, and ONO Slaw.

Additional items can be added a la carte. Please contact us for a la carte pricing and pick up location information. Delivery can be made for an additional charge.We can only take a limited about of tailgating packages each week. Tailgating Packages are available most weekends from last weekend in August through the SuperBowl. A non refundable deposit will be required to hold desired date.
